Organiseengaging fun events: Plan activities within your school or youth organisation that promote mental health awareness, wellbeing and self-care practices.
Share valuable information: Enlighten your peers with fun facts about mental health, wellbeing, and self-care to help them maintain happiness, calmness, and mindfulness.
Collaborate with adults: Work alongside staff in education, clinicians, artists, and sport professionals to ensure that everyone knows how and where to seek help when needed.
